本文研究了在Na_2SO_4-H_2SO_4体系中,适当抑制轻稀土的发色,用偶氮氯膦mN显色礼,光度法测定钇基球铁中的稀土总量。在H_3PO_4-H_2C_2O_4-Na_4P_2O_7体系中,掩蔽重稀土的发色,同样也用偶氮氯膦mN显色剂,光度法测定钇基球铁中的铈组分量。差减法求出钇组分量。方法准确可靠,适合各种不同轻重稀土比例的钇基球铁分析。
In Na_2SO_4-H_2SO_4 system, the color development of light rare earths was appropriately restrained, and the total rare earths content in yttrium-based ductile iron was determined by chlorophosphonazo-mN chromogenic elution spectrophotometry. In the H_3PO_4-H_2C_2O_4-Na_4P_2O_7 system, the color of heavy rare earths is masked, and the amount of cerium in the yttrium-based ductile iron is also determined spectrophotometrically by the mN chromocyanin reagent. Subtraction method to calculate the amount of yttrium components. The method is accurate and reliable, suitable for yttrium-based ductile iron analysis of different light-heavy rare earth ratios.
