目的:基于门诊病人流量数据分析视光专科门诊季节性变动规律,为临床决策提供依据。方法:收集视光门诊2002~2009年就诊人次排序数据,运用肯德尔和谐性分析(Kendall’s W分析)对门诊流量季节性进行定性分析。结果:视光科门诊量存在的月度和季度季节性变动,2、7、8月和第三季度为高峰期,1、4、5、6月和第二季度为低谷期。门诊量季节性变动在各年度存在一致性,即季节性变动以一年为周期。门诊量随季节变化引起周而复始的周期性变动,而且变动幅度趋于一致。结论:视光科门诊流量存在显著的月度和季度季节性及年度周期性,建立适合病人就诊规律的服务制度是提高医疗质量的关键。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the seasonal variation of optometrist clinics based on outpatient flow data to provide the basis for clinical decision-making. Methods: The data of attendance ranking of optometrists from 2002 to 2009 were collected, and seasonal outpatient traffic was qualitatively analyzed by Kendall’s W analysis. Results: Monthly and quarterly seasonal changes in optometric outpatient volume were present. Peaks in July, July and August and the third quarter were peak periods, and the first, fourth, fifth and sixth months and the second quarter were low troughs. Seasonal out-patient changes in the year there is consistency, that seasonal changes in a year cycle. Outpatient volume changes with the seasons caused cyclical changes, and the changes tend to be consistent. Conclusion: There is a significant monthly and quarterly seasonal and annual periodicity of outpatient traffic in the optometrists. Establishing a service system suitable for the patient visits is the key to improving the quality of medical care.
