1 材料和方法1.1 材料正常胃粘膜10例取自胃癌手术切缘组织,经 HE染色不存在癌组织及癌前病变,十二指肠组织2例取自胃癌切除标本的十二指肠部分;胃癌组织47例取自本院手术切除标本,其中39例含癌旁胃粘膜,29例含癌旁肠化粘膜;1例胃溃疡标本取自胃溃疡患者胃切除标本.所有标本均经10%福尔马林固定,石蜡包埋,5 μm连续切片,HE 染色,病理确诊.胃癌患者47例,男34例,女13例,年龄32岁～72岁,平均54.6岁.抗 MUC1核心肽的单克隆抗体 BC1,BC2由墨尔本大学奥斯汀
1 Materials and methods 1.1 Materials Normal gastric mucosa was obtained from 10 cases of gastric cancer surgical margin tissue, and there was no cancer tissue and precancerous lesion by HE staining. Duodenal tissue was taken from the duodenum of gastric cancer resected specimens in 2 cases. Forty-seven cases of gastric cancer were obtained from surgical specimens of the hospital, of which 39 cases contained paraneoplastic mucosa and 29 cases contained paraneoplastic intestinal mucosa. One specimen of gastric ulcer was obtained from gastric resection specimens of patients with gastric ulcer. All specimens were treated with 10%. Formalin fixed paraffin embedding, 5 μm serial sections, HE staining, pathological diagnosis. 47 patients with gastric cancer, 34 males and 13 females, aged 32 to 72 years, mean 54.6 years old.
