文章研究了用固相萃取清洗、浓缩、分离土壤超声波萃取中美国环保局(EPA)规定的16种优先监测多环芳烃污染物,并用反相高效液相色谱分离紫外吸收检测测定它们的方法。Su-pelco6mLLC-18固相萃取筒被用于预浓缩和清洗丙酮萃取土壤液中16种多环芳烃。对固相萃取筒的填充材料的条件化进行了优化试验,40%的丙酮-水效果最好。选择了几种洗脱剂,对固相萃取后的16种多环芳烃进行了洗脱试验,其中丙酮∶四氢呋喃=1∶1混合溶剂的结果令人满意。应用此方法测定了英国某工业区污染土壤中美国EPA规定的16种优先监测多环芳烃,除苊烯和二苯并(a,h)萤蒽的含量低于检测限外,其它多环芳烃的量在0.557-9.65μg/g之间。
In this paper, sixteen priority PAHs contaminants regulated by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under solid phase extraction (SPE) were cleaned, concentrated and separated by ultrasonication. The method was used for the determination of PAHs by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Su-pelco 6 mL LC-18 cartridge was used to preconcentrate and clean 16 PAHs in acetone-extracted soil fluid. The optimization of packing material for solid-phase extraction cartridge was optimized, and 40% acetone-water had the best effect. Several eluents were selected to elute 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) after solid-phase extraction. The results showed that the solvent of acetone: tetrahydrofuran = 1: 1 was satisfactory. This method was used to determine the 16 priority PAHs regulated by the U.S. EPA in contaminated soils in an industrial area in the United Kingdom.
