目的了解掌握张家口市宣化区托幼机构消毒工作质量,加强消毒管理,保护幼儿健康。方法按照卫生部2002年版《消毒技术规范》对全区托幼机构2011-2012年的消毒质量检测结果进行分析。结果共采样765件,合格率为90.20%。其中2011年合格率为88.83%、2012年合格率为91.40%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.43,P>0.05)。各类样品的合格率由高到低依次为室内空气(95.43%),餐饮具(93.81%),课桌、玩具、毛巾等物体表面(91.23%)和工作人员手(77.63%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=31.79,P<0.05)。公、私立托幼机构检测合格率分别为93.67%、88.79%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.23,P<0.05)。结论宣化区托幼机构消毒工作质量总体较好,但仍需加强监督管理,尤其对私立托幼机构应加强人员消毒知识培训。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection work in child care institutions in Xuanhua District of Zhangjiakou City, strengthen disinfection management and protect the health of children. Methods According to the “Disinfection Technical Code” of the 2002 edition of Ministry of Health, the results of disinfection quality examination of nurseries in the whole district from 2011 to 2012 were analyzed. Results A total of 765 samples, the pass rate of 90.20%. Among them, the passing rate in 2011 was 88.83%, and the passing rate in 2012 was 91.40%, with no significant difference (χ2 = 1.43, P> 0.05). The passing rate of various samples from high to low were indoor air (95.43%), tableware (93.81%), desks, toys and towels (91.23%) and staff’s hands Statistical significance (χ2 = 31.79, P <0.05). The passing rates of public and private nurseries were 93.67% and 88.79% respectively, with significant difference (χ2 = 4.23, P <0.05). Conclusion The quality of disinfection work in child care institutions in Xuanhua District is generally good, but the supervision and management still need to be strengthened. In particular, private nurseries and nurseries should be trained in disinfection knowledge.
