患者女,65岁,左侧腹股沟区无痛性肿块半年,近一个月肿块迅速增大。体格检查:肿块约10cm×8cm×8cm,隆起高出皮面,与覆盖的皮肤紧密粘连,边界清楚,质韧,活动度差,表面密布扩张的毛细血管网。化验:ESR77mm/h。B超检查:左侧腹股沟区可见范围10.6cm×7.8cm×7.1cm实性低回声肿物、呈分叶状,有包膜回声,边界清楚,内部回声强弱不均(图1)。B超提示:左侧腹股沟区实性低回声肿块。手术所见:肿物呈分
The patient female, 65 years old, had a painless mass in the left inguinal area for six months, and her mass rapidly increased in the last month. Physical examination: The mass was about 10cm x 8cm x 8cm. The bulge was higher than the surface of the skin and closely adhered to the covered skin. The boundary was clear, the quality was tough, the activity was poor, and the surface of the capillaries expanded. Test: ESR77mm/h. B-ultrasonic examination: The left inguinal region has a visible low echogenic mass of 10.6cm x 7.8cm x 7.1cm, which is lobulated, with envelope echo, clear boundaries, and uneven internal echoes (Figure 1).
