目前我国的经济发展模式和产业结构面临着深层次的调整,与之相对应的人才结构也面临着多层次的需求。高职院校作为为管理、生产和服务培养一线工作人员的基地,面临着前所未有的机遇。但是由于我国的职业教育起步相对较晚,同时受到照搬照抄普通高校管理、教学模式的影响,使得我国的高职院校师资队伍建设存在较大的问题,特别是“双师”队伍的建设还处于起步阶段,需要我们不断探索新的路径以提高高职院校师资队伍水平和素质。
