目的 :观察与比较初产妇分娩中会阴侧切与自然裂伤给产妇盆底功能影响。方法 :本文对2014年12月至2016年1月在我院妇产科阴道分娩并行会阴侧切的38例初产妇纳入观察组,并另选同期阴道分娩并自然裂伤初产妇38例设为对照组,对两组产妇的疼痛、排尿、性生活障碍及盆底功能情况进行回顾性分析。结果 :两组患者比较,在排尿、盆底功能以及产妇的第二产程时间方面无明显差异(P>0.05),在伤口疼痛及性生活障碍方面观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :在初产妇分娩时行会阴侧切有助于减小会阴处发生严重裂伤的可能,但较大地损害了盆底功能,增加了其伤口疼痛及性生活障碍。
Objective: To observe and compare the pelvic floor function of primiparous women during spontaneous episiotomy and natural laceration. Methods: From December 2014 to January 2016, 38 cases of primiparous women with concurrent episiotomy in vaginal delivery in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were enrolled in the study group. 38 cases of primipara caused by natural vaginosis were selected as the control group Group, the two groups of maternal pain, urination, sexual dysfunction and pelvic floor function were retrospectively analyzed. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in urination, pelvic floor function and the second stage of labor time (P> 0.05). The pain relief and sexual dysfunction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions: The perineum lateral incision in primiparous labor helps to reduce the possibility of severe laceration in the perineum, but greatly damages pelvic floor function and increases the wound pain and sexual dysfunction.
