构建和谐的社区环境,是现阶段,我国政府对社区工作提出的一个新目标。社区管理主体具有多样性和复杂性的特点,只有理顺各社区管理主体之间的权责关系,才能科学的确立政府在和谐社区构建中的职责。
Building a harmonious community environment is a new goal that our government puts forward for community work at this stage. The main body of community management has the characteristics of diversity and complexity. Only by straightening out the power and responsibility relationship among the management entities in each community, can the government establish the government’s responsibility in the construction of a harmonious community scientifically.
