本文介绍了非运动员与运动员安静与运动时的心率、搏量、心排出量与血压的变化,马拉松运动员比安静时静男子的心排出量可增加7~8倍。低强度运动时,心排出量的增加主要是由于搏量增加,而高强度运动时,心排出量的增加则主要是由于心率增加所致。运动时血压只有轻度增高,没有正常的压力感受器反射参与调节,原因是:①运动时运动皮质的信息使动脉压力感受器的阀值提高,因而运动时血压轻度升高不能触发血压稳态的逆调节反应;②压力感受器的传入信息在脊髓通过突触前抑制受到阻滞。本文列出了许多实测数据,对生命科学、运动生理的科研人员与教师有很大参考价值。
This paper introduces the changes of heart rate, stroke volume, cardiac output and blood pressure in non-athletes and athletes during quiet and exercise. Marathon athletes can increase cardiac output by 7 to 8 times than that of quiet men. In low-intensity exercise, cardiac output increased mainly due to increased stroke volume, and high-intensity exercise, increased cardiac output is mainly due to an increase in heart rate. Exercise only slight increase in blood pressure, no normal baroreceptor reflex involved in regulation, because: ① exercise motor cortex information so that the threshold of the arterial baroreceptor, and therefore exercise slightly increased blood pressure can not trigger blood pressure steady-state Inverse regulation of response; ② the pressure receptor in the spinal cord information by the inhibition of presynaptic block. This article lists a lot of measured data, for life science, exercise physiology researchers and teachers have great reference value.
