有人说,绩效管理工作是一项“不做等死,做了找死”的苦差事。实际上,绩效管理过程中的种种困局很多时候是由于企业本身的问题和不足所致,企业如果能找到问题所在,结合自身行业特点,其仍不失为一种先进的管理方法。以笔者供职的建筑施工企业为例,项目是施工企业的成本利润中心,项目管理目标能否实现将直接关系到项目实施的成败。而项目管理目标的实现,又要依靠每个员工的努力和付出。因此,公司从项目目标入手,细化考核体系,层层分解项目管理各项、各阶段任务指标,将绩效管理贯穿到项目目标
Some people say that performance management is a “do not wait for death, done to find dead” chore. In fact, many difficulties in the process of performance management are caused by the problems and deficiencies of the enterprises themselves. If the enterprises can find the problems and combine the characteristics of their own industries, they are still an advanced management method. For example, I work for the construction companies, the project is the cost of construction enterprises profit center, the project management objectives will be directly related to the success or failure of project implementation. The realization of project management goals, but also rely on the efforts of each employee and pay.
