对于工作多年的班主任来说,管好班级的方法也是多种多样的。笔者经过多年的班主任工作,也摸索了一些经验和方法。对于一个新组建的班级来说,班主任工作是否细致、是否到位、方法是否正确对于班级今后的发展是极其重要的,现针对新组建班级建设总结笔者的一些做法和体会,和大家交流。一、及时了解新班学生的各项信息,加强和学生的交流作为班主任在接任七年级新班之后,首先要通过原先的学校和老师,了解一些本班新生学习、家庭、生活、情感、意志、信念等 For class teachers who have worked for many years, the methods of managing the classes are also varied.
