[目的]研究了施用东圣宝液态有机肥对连作黄瓜的土壤改良效应和黄瓜生长状况的影响,为利用有机肥来解决蔬菜土壤连作问题提供一定的科学依据。[方法]取设施连作的土壤,采取盆栽黄瓜试验的方法,测定土壤EC、p H、养分含量以及初瓜期的黄瓜株高、地上部干重、叶面积等指标。[结果]施用东圣宝液态有机肥的土壤EC值为0.93 m S/cm,比对照降低27.91%;土壤p H为5.89,较对照上升0.86%;初瓜期黄瓜地上部干重、株高、叶面积分别比对照增加283.08%、242.12%、254.02%;黄瓜植株蔓枯病的发病等级均在2级以下。施用复合肥后,盆栽土壤EC值为1.53 m S/cm,比对照上升18.6%;土壤p H为5.09,比对照下降12.84%;初瓜期的黄瓜地上部干重、株高、叶面积与对照相比分别增加32.31%、-37.24%、26.20%;黄瓜植株蔓枯病发病等级均在2级以上。[结论]施用有机肥可以有效地克服连作土壤的盐渍化和土壤酸化问题,提高黄瓜植株抗蔓枯病的能力,促进植物生长。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of Dongshengbao liquid organic fertilizer on soil improvement and cucumber growth of continuous cropping cucumber, and provide some scientific basis for using organic fertilizer to solve the problem of crop continuous cropping. [Method] The soil of continuous cropping system was taken. The methods of potted cucumber experiment were used to determine the soil EC and p H, the nutrient contents and the cucumber plant height, dry weight above the ground and leaf area during the early melon stage. [Result] The soil EC of Dongshengbao liquid organic fertilizer was 0.93 m S / cm, 27.91% lower than that of the control. The soil p H was 5.89, which was 0.86% higher than that of the control. The dry weight, plant height , Leaf area increased by 283.08%, 242.12% and 254.02% respectively compared with the control. The incidence of cucumber blight was below Grade 2. After application of compound fertilizers, the EC of potted soil was 1.53 mS / cm, increased by 18.6% compared with the control; soil pH was 5.09, decreased by 12.84% than the control; dry weight, plant height, Respectively, increased by 32.31%, -37.24% and 26.20% respectively compared with the control. The incidence of cucumber blight was above Grade 2. [Conclusion] The application of organic manure could effectively overcome the problem of salinization and soil acidification in continuous cropping so as to improve cucumber ’s ability to resist vine disease and promote plant growth.
