文中介绍了所建立的光棚式螺旋运动误差测试系统,提出了能直接测得滚齿机差动链传动误差的快速进给测量法等,并对各种测量方案进行了比较。同时采用了高分辨率、适用于短时间记录数据的最大熵谱的Marple算法,对用光栅仪所测得的滚齿机差动链误差进行了频谱分析。经实测与分析表明能较准确地诊断机床主要误差源及其大小,有较满意的结果,这对研究提高精密滚齿机特别是高速透平滚齿机精度有着重要的意义。
In this paper, the test system for measuring shedding error of spiral shedding is introduced, and a fast feed measuring method which can directly measure the error of differential chain drive of hobbing machine is put forward. And various measuring schemes are compared. At the same time, Marple algorithm, which has high resolution and is suitable for maximum entropy spectrum of recorded data in a short period of time, was used to analyze the spectrum error of gear chain error of gear hobbing machine measured by grating analyzer. The measured and analyzed results show that it can diagnose the main error sources and the size of the machine tool more accurately and have more satisfactory results. This is of great significance to the study of improving the precision of the hobbing machine, especially the high speed turbine hobbing machine.
