为了实现秦皇岛33-1油田稠油污水就地处理回注,采用旋流气浮-过滤工艺对该油田稠油污水进行处理。结果表明,污水经旋流浮选器和双滤料过滤器处理后,出水水质稳定,油含量平均为7.8 mg/L,悬浮物含量平均为3.1 mg/L,悬浮物粒径中值平均为1.4μm,达到该油田注水水质指标,其中油和悬浮物的平均去除率分别达到99.3%与95.2%。污水就地处理回注可减排污水500 m~3/d,节约地下水500 m~3/d,节省污水处理费用为9 600元/d。旋流气浮-过滤工艺具有流程短、处理效率高、运行稳定、操作简单及占地面积小等特点,在海上小型边际油田极具优势。
In order to dispose of heavy oil wastewater from Qinhuangdao 33-1 oilfield in situ, the heavy oil wastewater in this oilfield was treated by cyclone flotation-filtration process. The results showed that the effluent quality was stable after the sewage was treated by cyclone flotation and double filter. The average oil content was 7.8 mg / L and the average content of suspended matter was 3.1 mg / L. The median particle size of suspended solids was 1.4μm, reaching the water injection water quality indicators, including oil and suspended solids, the average removal rate of 99.3% and 95.2%, respectively. Sewage treatment in situ injection can reduce emissions of sewage 500 m ~ 3 / d, saving 500m ~ 3 / d of groundwater, saving sewage treatment costs 9 600 yuan / d.
