为提高塔式起重机的工作性能,以扩大其使用范围,增大工作幅度已成为迫切的向题。目前,设计长臂架起重机的趋势已十分显明,但随着臂架的增长及大幅度时起重力矩的提高,必然带来臂架自重的增加。因此,研究在不增加臂架自重的情况下,提高大幅度时的起重力矩的问题就显得十分必要。我们在设计QT40塔式起重机时,对此问题进行了初步探讨,采用了变截面“多性能”臂架,其结果较为满意,使整机性能有所改善。我们认为,这种思路在设计臂架、尤其是长臂架时,会有一定参考价值。一、问题的提出
In order to improve the working performance of the tower crane, in order to expand its scope of use, increasing the scope of work has become an urgent issue. At present, the trend of designing long boom cranes is very clear. However, with the boom’s growth and lifting moment when it is greatly increased, it will inevitably increase the weight of the boom. Therefore, it is necessary to study the problem of raising the lifting moment when the boom is not increased without increasing the weight of the boom. When we designed the QT40 tower crane, we conducted a preliminary discussion on this issue and adopted a variable cross-section “multi-performance” boom. The result was satisfactory and improved the overall performance. We believe that this kind of thinking will have certain reference value when designing booms, especially long booms. I.
