瘢痕性天疱疮(cicatricial Pemphigoid,CP)是最常见的发生于口腔粘膜的类天疱疮,口腔可以是唯一的受累区,且大多数口腔病损表现为剥脱性龈炎(desquamative gingivitis,DG),本病多见于老年患者,尤以女性多发,只有少数儿童病例的报道。本文报告一例局限于口腔粘膜,表现为DG的儿童CP病例。男性患儿,13岁,因牙龈敏感、溃疡一年而就诊,无其它皮肤、粘膜病损,身体健康,家族史无特殊。临床检查见上颌切牙、尖牙区唇侧牙龈发红、轻度水肿,(21)间龈乳头有轻度侵蚀性变。下颌唇侧牙龈亦可见轻 Cicatricial pemphigoid (CP) is the most common pemphigoid that occurs in the oral mucosa.
