十一届三中全会以后,对内搞活,对外开放,经济与社会发展形势的变革对外语专业教育的培养规模、目标、层次和模式提出了新的要求。改革开放后的英语专业教育经历了恢复阶段,提出“复合型”人才培养目标的阶段和整体可持续发展阶段这三个阶段。
After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), changes in the internal environment, opening up to the outside world and economic and social development have set new demands on the scale, objectives, levels and models of foreign language professional education. After the reform and opening up, English majors education has undergone a recovery phase and put forward the three phases of the target of “compound type” personnel training and the overall stage of sustainable development.
