在心力衰竭患者中,单纯性舒张性心力衰竭(DHF)约占30%～50%,高龄和女性患者则更高。DHF主要是由于左室舒张功能不全(DD)引起左室充盈压的增高最终导致心力衰竭,故正确认识DD并定量评价左室充盈压对DHF的治疗和预后都至关重要。本文就从DD的定义、超声心动图分级及左室充盈压的评价等方面进行综述。
In patients with heart failure, simple diastolic heart failure (DHF) accounts for about 30% to 50%, while older women and women are even higher. DHF is mainly due to increased left ventricular filling pressure caused by left ventricular diastolic dysfunction (DD), which ultimately leads to heart failure. Therefore, to correctly understand DD and quantitatively evaluate left ventricular filling pressure is crucial for the treatment and prognosis of DHF. This article reviews the definition of DD, classification of echocardiography and evaluation of left ventricular filling pressure.
