当前,林区正经历着由木材生产为主向生态保护建设为主的历史性变革,林区的功能定位由利用森林获取经济利益为主向保护森林提供生态产品服务的转变。要实现林区职工从“伐木人”到“护林人”和林区发展方式的根本性转变,关键是实现人的思想观念的转变。因此,要全面做好林区的思想政治工作,不断提高职工的综合素质和生态保护意识,自觉养成良好的行为方式和习惯,为打造祖国北疆生态文明亮丽风景线凝神铸魂聚力。
At present, the forest area is experiencing a historic transformation mainly from the production of timber to the construction of ecological protection. The functional orientation of the forest area is transformed from using the forest for economic benefits to providing ecological products and services for the protection of forests. The key to realizing the fundamental transformation of the forest workers from the “logging man” to the “forest guardian” and the development mode of the forest area is to realize the transformation of people’s ideas and concepts. Therefore, we should do a good job in ideological and political work in the forest area in an all-round way and constantly raise the overall quality of staff and workers and the awareness of ecological protection and consciously develop good behaviors and habits so as to create a beautiful and harmonious living environment for the beautiful scenery of ecological civilization in the northern part of the motherland.
