On August 25, the first “Henan Shuangchuang Blue Book” co-authored by China (Henan) Innovation and Development Research Institute and Henan New Economic Research Institute was released at the Yellow River Institute of Science and Technology, including “Evaluation Report on Urban Innovation Ability of Henan Province” (2017) . The report ranks for the first time a comprehensive evaluation of the innovative abilities of 18 provincial cities in Henan Province, with Zhengzhou, Luoyang and Nanyang among the top three.
