本文研究的是拉挤工艺非稳态模型的建立和以知识为依据的控制系统中数学模型的应用.动力学模型包括在复合材料和模具中的热传递和温度动力学.这种工艺动力学模型的确立,不仅对于拉挤操作的控制很必要,而且在设计时,对确定加热器的加热量,也非常有用. 因为在拉挤工艺操作中所得到的部分可利用的信息是定性的,所以依据知识系统的方法将用于定性地优化操作参数,这一系统也可很容易地应用于在线的控制系统.
In this paper, the establishment of unsteady model of pultrusion process and the application of mathematical model in knowledge-based control system are studied.The kinetic model includes the heat transfer and temperature dynamics in the composite material and mold.This kind of process kinetics The establishment of the model is not only necessary for the control of the pultrusion operation, but also useful in determining the amount of heating of the heater at design time.As the information available in the pultruded process part is available qualitatively, So the knowledge-based approach will be used to qualitatively optimize the operating parameters and this system can also be easily applied to online control systems.
