用脱钙骨基质颗粒、骨水泥和骨形态发生蛋白复合后的材料修复狗股骨微波诱导高温原位灭活骨缺损。显露狗右侧股骨中段 ,微波诱导高温 5 0℃、2 0min原位灭活 ,造成 2 5cm× 1 0cm骨缺损 ,植入复合材料 ,左侧单纯植入骨水泥做对照。分别于术后不同时间行X线照相、99mTc MDP骨显像、组织学观察和生物力学测定。结果发现 ,该复合材料极易塑形 ,能用于修复各种形状的骨缺损并能早期负重 ,其内部存在有利于新生血管长入的不规则间隙 ,最终与宿主骨达到“生物铆定”。
Repair of femoral bone in dogs with decalcified bone matrix particles, bone cement and bone morphogenetic protein complexed materials to induce in situ bone defects in situ at high temperature. The right middle femur of the dogs was exposed. The microwaves were induced in situ at 50 ℃ and 20 min inactivation, resulting in 25 cm × 10 cm bone defects. The composite was implanted into the left side of the femur. At different times after surgery, radiography, 99mTc MDP bone imaging, histological observation and biomechanical measurement were performed. The results show that the composite material is very easy to be shaped and can be used to repair bone defects of various shapes and can bear the weight at an early stage. There is an irregular gap in the interior that is conducive to the growth of new blood vessels. Finally, .
