开通港股直通车的心理作用远大于现实意义眼看9月份就要过去,港股直通车仍处于诸多不确切因素之中。8月20日,国家外汇管理局发布了被业内称为“港股直通车”的《开展境内个人直接投资境外证券市场试点方案》,规定境内个人可以通过天津市滨海新区的中国银行分支机构,无限制换汇投资香港证券交易所公开上市交易的证券品种。
