我們加工云母厚片,原来用手工操作,不但效率低,而且劳动强度大。通过技术革新和技术革命,我們创制了电动剪片机,使云母片的加工实現了半自动化,效率也有很大提高。如用双脚踏剪片机,每人平均产量为9公斤;用电动剪片机,每人平均产量为10公斤,提高工效11%;比手工操作,則提高工效39%。电动剪片机的結构見示意图。这种剪片机一般云母矿的修配車間均能制造,所需材料也不多,而且可以充分利用原有廢旧材料,我們剪片机的剪刀就是利用原来的。这种剪片机适用于加工厚度为0.1—1.5毫米的厚片。
We process mica slabs, which were originally hand-operated and not only inefficient but also labor-intensive. Through technological innovations and technological revolutions, we have created electric shears that enable the semi-automated processing of mica sheets and greatly improve the efficiency. For example, with a dual pedal cutter, the average output per person is 9 kg; with an electric clipper, the average output per person is 10 kg, which improves the ergonomics by 11%. Compared with manual operation, the ergonomic efficiency is increased by 39%. The structure of the electric clipper is shown in the schematic diagram. This kind of cutting machine can usually be manufactured in the mica mine repair workshops, and the required materials are not much, and the original waste materials can be fully utilized. The scissors of our cutters are the original ones. This cutter is suitable for processing thick sheets with a thickness of 0.1-1.5 mm.
