目的分析慢性骨质疏松患者疼痛症状与下肢伸、屈肌群肌力以及生理功能之间的相关性,为临床康复训练提供可靠的参考依据。方法将我院收治的120例慢性骨质疏松患者分别采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、健康调查问卷法(SF-36)以及多关节等速测试系统,分别测量腰痛与腿痛、生理功能、下肢伸肌和屈肌群肌力,并进行相关性分析。结果 120例患者腰痛与腿痛VAS评分均与生理功能评分呈明显的负相关(P<0.05);腿痛与慢速伸肌群肌力、中速伸肌群肌力呈明显的负相关(P<0.05),而与慢速、中速屈肌群肌力无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论患者进行临床康复训练时,应把握下肢肌力、疼痛症状和生理功能间的相关性,控制训练强度,才能保证患者康复治疗的质量。
Objective To analyze the correlation between the pain symptom of the patients with chronic osteoporosis, the muscular strength of the extensors and extensors of the lower extremities, and the physiological functions, so as to provide a reliable reference for the clinical rehabilitation training. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with chronic osteoporosis admitted to our hospital were measured by Visual Analog Scale (VAS), Health Questionnaire (SF-36) and Multi-joint Constant Velocity Test System to measure the effects of low back pain and leg pain, Lower extremity extensor and flexor muscle strength, and correlation analysis. Results The VAS score of low back pain and leg pain in 120 patients was significantly negatively correlated with the score of physical function (P <0.05). The pain of leg pain was negatively correlated with the muscle strength of middle extensor extensor muscle group P <0.05), but not with the muscle strength of the slow and moderately flexed group (P> 0.05). Conclusions In clinical rehabilitation training, patients should grasp the correlation between lower limb muscle strength, pain symptoms and physiological functions, and control the intensity of training in order to ensure the quality of patients’ rehabilitation.
