目的:探究骨科实施护理人文关怀的阻碍性因素,并提出有效的改进措施。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷及访谈的形式对浙江医院骨科的12名护士进行调查研究,调查的内容主要包括护士的基本信息(姓名、性别、年龄、职称、工作年限等)、在骨科的感受、人文关怀的阻碍性因素影响程度及对提高人文关怀实施水平的建议。结果:在调查中发现护士认为骨科实施护理人文关怀的阻碍性因素主要包括工作任务繁重、职业幸福感不强、知识储备不足、工作环境较差等几个方面。结论:骨科实施护理人文关怀的阻碍性因素较多,需要从改善护士工作环境、提高职业幸福感、减轻工作压力、加强培训力度等几个方面加强管理,全面提升人文关怀的实施效果。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the obstructive factors in the implementation of nursing humanistic care in orthopedics and propose effective measures for improvement. Methods: 12 nurses from Department of Orthopedics, Zhejiang Hospital were investigated by questionnaire and interviews designed by themselves. The contents of the survey mainly included the basic information (name, gender, age, title, length of service) of nurses, Feelings, humanistic concern of the factors that affect the level and to improve the level of humanistic care suggestions. Results: In the survey, nurses found that the obstructive factors of nursing care and humane care in orthopedics include the heavy workload, lack of professional happiness, insufficient knowledge reserve, poor working environment and so on. Conclusion: There are many obstructive factors in humane care in the field of orthopedics. It needs to strengthen management in several aspects such as improving nurses’ working environment, improving occupational well - being, reducing work pressure and strengthening training so as to enhance the effect of humane care.
