高职院校辅导员是高职学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是高职学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。随着时代发展和社会的进步,高职院校辅导员工作面临着新情况、新问题和新挑战。文章根据笔者多年的辅导员工作经验,分析了当前高职院校学生的特点,并从六个方面探讨了辅导员工作的方法。
Vocational college counselors are the backbone of higher vocational students in ideological and political education, vocational guidance and guidance for the healthy growth of students. With the development of the times and social progress, the work of counselors in higher vocational colleges is confronted with new situations, new problems and new challenges. According to the author’s many years of working experience as a counselor, this article analyzes the characteristics of the current students in higher vocational colleges and probes into the methods of counselors’ work from six aspects.
