患者男,61岁,退休工人。因双下肢阵发性抽搐伴频发射精2天于1990年9月21日入院。患者入院前2天感神差、乏力,尔后出现双下肢阵发性抽搐。抽搐多发生于双下肢屈曲或受机械刺激时,每次抽搐持续30～60秒,伴有阴茎异常勃起及频发射精现象,每次精液量约1.0～5.0毫升。次日症状加重,且有畏寒、畏风、发热及行走困难,饮水时咽喉部轻度发紧,无昏迷及口吐白沫现象。
Male patient, 61 years old, retired worker. Due to paroxysmal nymphagic convulsions with frequency emission of fine 2 days in September 21, 1990 admission. 2 days before admission, patients with senile, weakness, followed by paroxysmal convulsions of both lower extremities. Twitch occurred in the lower limb flexion or mechanical stimulation, each convulsion for 30 to 60 seconds, accompanied by abnormal penile erection and frequent ejaculation phenomenon, each sperm volume of about 1.0 to 5.0 ml. The next day the symptoms worsened, and there is chills, wind, fever and difficulty walking, drinking water throat mild tightening, no coma and mouth foaming phenomenon.
