疲劳是运动训练必然产生的一个复杂的过程,轻者影响技术的发挥和成绩的提高,重者将严重损坏运动员的身体健康,因此消除疲劳与运动训练必须有机结合起来。随着运动医学和运动生理学的发展,人们越来越认识到训练后恢复的重要性。要有好的恢复,就要提高对运动恢复的科学认识,以人为本,科学训练。本文针对运动训练后产生的疲劳和恢复问题,详细阐述了运动训练后疲劳产生的机制和恢复的方法,解决运动训练过程中存在的问题,探讨运动恢复过程的奥秘,从而可以更好地服务于训练比赛。
Fatigue is a complex process that sports training inevitably produces. Light persons affect the performance of technology and the improvement of performance. In severe cases, it will seriously damage the physical health of athletes. Therefore, fatigue and exercise training must be organically combined. With the development of sports medicine and exercise physiology, people are increasingly aware of the importance of recovery after training. To have a good recovery, we must improve the scientific understanding of sports recovery, people-oriented, scientific training. In this paper, the fatigue and recovery problems after exercise training are elaborated, and the mechanism and recovery methods of fatigue after exercise training are elaborated to solve the problems in the process of exercise training and explore the mystery of the exercise recovery process so as to better serve the Training competition.
