1 临床资料以我院 1 998年内接受住院治疗的 65岁以上老年病人为研究对象 ,共 2 896例 ,按照年龄段将其分为三组 ,其中 65～ 69岁组有 1 0 92例 ,70～ 79岁组有 1 4 1 5例 ,≥ 80岁组有 389例 ,2 896例病人涉及我院所有科室住院病人。2 结果2 896例老年病人中发生医院感染 2
