目的观察手法按摩联合有效吸吮治疗产后乳汁淤积症的疗效。方法将南通市崇川区新城桥街道2013年5月-2014年4月产后访视发现的产后乳汁淤积患者85例作为研究对象。根据患者自愿原则分为对照组与观察组,对照组40例,采用热敷+吸奶器吸奶处理,观察组45例,采用手法按摩联合有效吸吮处理,比较两种方法治疗效果。结果使用手法按摩联合有效吸吮治疗45例产妇中,有29人治愈、10人好转,有效率86.7%。热敷+吸奶器吸奶处理40例产妇中,15人治愈、12人好转,有效率67.5%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用手法按摩联合有效吸吮有较好的效果,有推广价值。
Objective To observe the curative effect of manual massage combined with effective sucking on postpartum milk stasis syndrome. Methods A total of 85 postpartum patients with postpartum milk deposition were interviewed in Xinchengqiao Street, Chongchuan District, Nantong City from May 2013 to April 2014. According to the principle of voluntary patients divided into control group and observation group, the control group of 40 cases, the use of hot compress + breast pump breast milk treatment group 45 cases, the use of manual massage combined with effective sucking treatment, the two methods of treatment effect. Results Using manual massage combined with effective sucking treatment of 45 cases of mothers, 29 were cured, 10 were improved, the effective rate was 86.7%. Heat + breast pump milk treatment 40 cases of maternal, 15 were cured, 12 improved, the effective rate of 67.5%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The method of massage combined with effective sucking has a good effect, with promotional value.
