数值模拟技术对于预示金属成形过程中的流动规律进而指导工艺过程及模具设计具有重要作用。国外已在金属成形数值模拟中引入自适应技术,该技术消除了网格生成的盲目性,实现了以尽可能少的计算量获得指定精度要求的解,而国内这方面的研究不多。本文研究开发了自适应弹塑性数值模拟系统,阐述了该系统的功能及特点,重点论述了系统的工程应用价值。
Numerical simulation technology plays an important role in predicting the flow pattern during metal forming and guiding the process and mold design. Abroad has introduced adaptive technology in the numerical simulation of metal forming, which eliminates the blindness of grid generation and realizes the solution to obtain the specified accuracy requirements with as few calculations as possible. However, there are not many studies in this field in China. In this paper, an adaptive elastic-plastic numerical simulation system is developed, the functions and features of the system are expounded, and the engineering value of the system is mainly discussed.
