目的:研究旨在探讨基本医疗服务范围界定方法,为界定清晰基本医疗服务目录提供依据。方法:采用文献分析法分析我国基本医疗服务范围界定现状,结合我国的实际情况,设计基本医疗服务范围界定的技术模型。结果:提出运用定量分析法计算疾病综合影响值界定基本医疗服务病种的病种范围,从基本医疗服务的提供机构、服务病种和基本目录3个维度界定基本医疗服务范围的基本思路和方法。结论:利用此法界定基本医疗服务范围,思路明确,方法简便,具有一定的可操作性。 Objective: The purpose of this study is to explore ways to define the scope of basic medical services and provide the basis for defining a clear catalog of basic medical services. Methods: To analyze the current situation of the definition of basic medical service in our country by means of literature analysis, and to design the technical model defined by the scope of basic medical service according to the actual situation in our country. Results: The quantitative analysis method was used to calculate the comprehensive disease impact value to define the scope of the disease types of basic medical services. The basic ideas and methods of defining the scope of basic medical services from the three dimensions of the provider of basic medical services, disease types and basic catalogs were proposed . Conclusion: This method to define the scope of basic medical services, clear thinking, the method is simple and has some maneuverability.
