玉树“4·14地震”发生以后,我省各级组织部门在省委的坚强领导和中组部的有力指导下,围绕中心、服务大局,立足本职、主动进位,找准发挥职能作用的切入点和着力点,承担起了紧急组织动员、健全基层组织、发挥党员作用、提供干部保证、重建能力培训、宣传先进典型等重任,发挥了重要作用,为抗震救灾和灾后重建工作提供了坚强的组织保证。
