备件保障概率是目前常见的保障指标,该指标适于评价备件供应方的工作质量,但未能直接反映装备使用方的需求,为此提出以平均使用时间为主要内容的使用可用度和可信度保障指标,使装备使用方能更清楚地了解备件方案的保障效果。与备件保障概率相比,使用可用度为指标计算备件需求量,在保证保障效果的前提下,得到的备件方案更精确、更经济。
