目的:观察莪术黄芪超滤膜提取物对人SGC7901细胞是否具有凋亡诱导作用。方法:四氮唑蓝比色法(MTT法)观察莪术黄芪超滤膜提取物对人SGC7901细胞细胞的抑制率;应用流式细胞术,DNA凝胶电泳方法检测细胞凋亡的发生。结果:(1)莪术黄芪超滤膜提取物对人SGC7901细胞的生长有明显的抑制作用,与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01),抑制作用与剂量及时间呈显著性正相关。(2)莪术、黄芪超滤膜提取物诱导人SGC7901细胞发生凋亡,1.6g/L处理,72h效果最佳。结论:莪术黄芪超滤膜提取物抑制人SGC7901细胞生长并促其凋亡。
Objective: To observe whether Curcuma’s Astragalus membranaceus extract can induce apoptosis of human SGC7901 cells. Methods: Tetrazolium blue colorimetric method (MTT method) was used to observe the inhibitory rate of extract of Curcuma’s Astragalus membranaceus on human SGC7901 cells; the apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry and DNA gel electrophoresis. Results: (1) Curcuma extract of astragalus membranaceus significantly inhibited the growth of human SGC7901 cells, which was significantly different from the control group (P <0.01). The inhibitory effect was significantly and positively correlated with dose and time . (2) Curcuma, Astragalus membranaceus extract induced apoptosis in human SGC7901 cells, 1.6g / L treatment, 72h the best. Conclusion: Astragalus membranaceus extract can inhibit the growth of human SGC7901 cells and promote their apoptosis.
