应用原位末端标记法(TUNEL)及免疫组化技术对32例胃低分化腺癌石蜡包埋组织切片进行检测,结果发现,胃癌组织中有细胞凋亡和BcL-2蛋白的表达,二者阳性率分别为81.25%和68.75%,BcL-2表达越明显的区域,细胞凋亡越少。实验结果提示,BcL-2蛋白可能通过抑制细胞凋亡而参与胃癌的发生与发展。
TUNEL and immunohistochemistry were used to detect the paraffin-embedded tissues of 32 poorly differentiated adenocarcinomas. The results showed that there were apoptosis and BcL-2 protein expression in gastric cancer tissues. The positive rates were 81.25% and 68.75%, respectively. The more obvious the expression of BcL-2, the less apoptosis. The experimental results suggest that BcL-2 protein may participate in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer by inhibiting apoptosis.
