目的:对锦鸡儿的脂溶性成分进行研究。方法:冷浸法提取锦鸡儿中脂溶性成分,气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术检测。结果:在锦鸡儿中分离鉴定出18个化合物,占色谱总馏分出峰面积的82.36%。结论:锦鸡儿脂溶性成分主要为脂肪酸类(63.31%)。
Objective: To study the fat-soluble components of Caragana. Methods: Lipid-soluble constituents of Caragana korshinskii were extracted by cold soak method and detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Results: 18 compounds were isolated and identified in Caragana, accounting for 82.36% of the total chromatographic peak area. Conclusion: The fat-soluble components of Caragana sanguinalis are mainly fatty acids (63.31%).
