去年上半年起,本省常州、南京等地一些小学先后試行了全日二部制,从他們的來稿來信,可以看出:全日二部制不但比半日二部制在教学效果上优越;而且举办全日二部制,只要学校行政重視,加强对学生進行团結友爱的思想教育,並有一定的空間作为学生下雨天臨時活動的场所,是完全可以办好全日二部制的。这里刊載的南京市玄武區第一中心小学的經驗,即是有力的說明。目前还有半日二部制的学校,都应研究和創造条件,逐步將半日二部制改为全日二部制?窈笠侔於恐频难?也要尽可能的举办全日二部制。关于举办全日二部制的問題,希各地继续創造經驗,使全日二部制办得更好。
