当前,在坚持四项基本原则,坚持改革、开放、搞活的进程中,如何改进企业报的宣传?笔者认为: 首先,要确立职工是企业报主人的观念。这是改进企业报宣传的需要。职工是企业报的主人,从理论上说,大家似乎都能接受,不成其为问题,但在具体办报过程中,这个问题并没有真正解决。我们有些领导和编辑、记者、总认为自己是天经地义的宣传者、教育者,广大的职工读者则是受教育者。结果,企业报总是居高临下,由上而下灌的多,由下而上的情况反映和批评少;指令性的语句和陈言套话多,对话、谈心的方式同职工读者交流思想少;枯燥刻板的文章多,富有文采和充满生活气息的文章少,职工读者不感兴趣。所以,牢牢树立职工是企业报主人的观念,应该
At present, how to improve the propaganda of enterprises’ newspaper in the process of adhering to the four cardinal principles, insisting on reform, opening up and invigorating? The author thinks: First, we must establish the concept that employees are the owners of enterprises. This is the need to improve the corporate newspaper publicity. Workers are the masters of enterprises’ newspapers. In theory, everyone seems to be able to accept them, which is not a problem. However, this issue has not been solved in the actual reporting process. Some of our leaders and editors and reporters always think they are just propagandists, educators, and the majority of staff readers who are educated. As a result, the corporate newspapers always hold the highest positions, they pour more from the top to the bottom, and they reflect and criticize less from the bottom up. The prescriptive statements and the clichés do more to exchange thoughts with the workers and readers. Many articles, rich literary and life-full article less, staff readers are not interested. Therefore, we must firmly establish the idea that workers and employees are the masters of the enterprises
