目的了解北京市昌平区初中生对食品安全的知识、行为、态度,探讨提高初中生食品安全意识水平的可能途径,为开展中学生食品安全知识教育提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,在昌平区抽取8所中学进行调查。包括四所农村中学,四所城镇中学共1 060名学生,24个班级。结果北京市昌平区初中学生的食品安全知识正答率为58.3%,有78.3%的学生关注食品安全,行为形成率为34.3%。男女生在食品安全知识正答率、安全意识、行为形成率方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),女生较男生高。结论昌平区初中生食品安全态度持有率、知识正答率、行为形成率较低,良好的食品安全行为尚未形成。昌平区初中生对我国食品安全状况主要持负性评价。开展健康教育是提高中学生食品安全知识的最佳办法。
Objective To understand the knowledge, behaviors and attitudes of junior high school students in Changping District of Beijing on food safety and to explore possible ways to improve junior middle school students’ awareness of food safety so as to provide evidences for the education of middle school students about food safety. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to investigate 8 middle schools in Changping district. Including four rural secondary schools, 1,060 students in four urban secondary schools and 24 classes. Results The positive rate of food safety knowledge for middle school students in Changping District was 58.3%. 78.3% students were concerned about food safety and the rate of behavior formation was 34.3%. There was significant difference between male and female students in food safety knowledge rate, safety awareness and behavior formation rate (P <0.05), and girls were higher than boys. Conclusions Junior high school students in Changping District have low food safety attitude, positive rate of knowledge and low rate of behavior formation, and no good food safety behavior has been formed yet. Junior high school students in Changping District, China’s food safety situation mainly negative assessment. Carrying out health education is the best way to improve the food safety knowledge of middle school students.
