目的探讨组织多普勒成像技术评价2型糖尿病患者左心室功能的早期改变的价值。方法 78例2型糖尿病患者作为2型糖尿病组和75例正常对照者为对照组,均行常规超声及组织速度成像,测量并计算射血分数(EF)、心室短轴缩短率(FS)、二尖瓣舒张早期与舒张晚期血流峰值比(E/A)、二尖瓣环处心内膜面收缩峰值速度(Vs)、舒张期E峰速度(Ve)和A峰速度(Va)、Ve/Va比值。结果 2型糖尿病组与对照组E/A、Ve/Va差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),Ve/Va检出率高于E/A;2型糖尿病组与对照组EF均>50%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2型糖尿病组与对照组Vs值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论组织多普勒成像技术敏感性较高,可以早期发现糖尿病患者左心室功能异常。
Objective To investigate the value of Tissue Doppler imaging in assessing the early changes of left ventricular function in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods 78 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and 75 normal control subjects were used as control group. All patients underwent routine ultrasound and tissue velocity imaging. The ejection fraction (EF), shortening of ventricular short axis (FS) (E / A), peak systolic velocity (Vs), diastolic E (Ve) and peak velocity (Va) of mitral early diastolic and diastolic phases, Ve / Va ratio. Results There were significant differences in E / A and Ve / Va between type 2 diabetes mellitus group and control group (all P <0.05), and the detection rate of Ve / Va was higher than that of E / A group. The EF of type 2 diabetes mellitus group and control group were> 50%, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05). There was significant difference in Vs between type 2 diabetes mellitus group and control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Tissue Doppler imaging is sensitive and early detection of left ventricular dysfunction in diabetic patients.
