李美玲的“关于党的利益的几个问题”一文指出,党的利益的内涵包括:作为组织的利益——自身的存在和发展;作为政党的利益——执政;作为党员个人的利益——党员生存和发展的条件。党的利益的特征为客观性、复杂性、依赖性。党的利益的定位要注意:正确认识党的利益与党内民主的关系;正确处理党的利益和国家利益的关系;正确处理党的利益和人民利益的关系;正确处理党的利益和党员个人利益的关系;防止党内“既得利益集团”的出现。
