目的确立小儿温热口服液(XWOL)的最优提取工艺。方法通过镇痛、抗炎、解热药效学实验初选提取工艺路线,再以挥发油的提取量为指标,单因素考察浸泡时间、提取时间对鱼腥草等药材挥发油提取的影响;以连翘苷、黄芩苷的提取率及总评“归一值”为指标,通过中心复合设计-效应面法优选水提工艺。结果XWOL最佳提取工艺路线为鱼腥草等药材加入10倍量的水,水蒸气蒸馏6 h,收集挥发油及水煎液,药渣与黄芩等药材加入13倍量的水提取2次,每次80 min。结论该提取工艺合理,稳定,可用于工业化大生产。
Objective To establish the optimal extraction process for children’s warm oral liquid (XWOL). Methods Through analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic pharmacodynamics experiments, the process of primary extraction was selected, and then the volatile oil extraction was taken as the index. The effect of soaking time and extraction time on the extraction of volatile oil from Herba Houttuyniae was studied by single factor. The extraction rate of berberine and berberine and the total evaluation of “normalized value” were used as indexes, and the water extraction process was optimized by center composite design-response surface method. Results The optimum extraction process of XWOL was to add 10 times the amount of water to Houttuynia cordata Thunb., Steam distillation for 6 hours, collect the volatile oil and decoction, extract medicinal materials such as dregs and baicalin by adding 13 times the amount of water and extract them twice 80 min. Conclusion The extraction process is reasonable and stable and can be used for industrialized large-scale production.
