广东对866名“裸官”岗位进行调整为规范干部选拔任用工作,广东省迅速开展对配偶已移居国(境)外,或者没有配偶、子女均已移居国(境)外的国家工作人员(俗称“裸官”)的摸查和治理。目前,全省“裸官”任职调整工作已基本完成,共对866名干部作出了岗位调整处理,其中市厅级9名,处级134名,科级及以下723名。同时加大了干部交流轮岗工作力度。针对任现职10年以上未交流的69名省管干部作出相应安排,对31人分别作出岗位交流、转岗或退休处理,另有3人将结合事业单位改革抓紧作出任职交流安排;其余35人因距退休不到5年,暂不再作任职交流安排。
