就日前形势来看,我国高校图书馆通过面向社会,对社会上的从业人员不设权限、向社会提供信息、和公共资源进行交流和共享、与当地政府携手共建公共的图书馆等方式为社会的发展提供必要的信息。但是,总的来说,高校图书馆的社会服务意识较弱,限制较多,机制不完善,与社会的交流较少不能引起社会的广泛参与。因此,当地政府要与各所高校加强联系,建立健全服务机制,完善高校图书馆的社会服务职能,积极参与社会主义精神文明建设。
In view of the recent situation, our university library has created a system of public library through joint efforts with the local government to provide information to the society, exchange and share with public resources by facing the society, exercising no authority over the practitioners in the society, The development of society provides the necessary information. However, in general, university libraries have weak social service awareness, more restrictions and imperfect mechanisms, and have less social interaction with less extensive participation in the society. Therefore, the local government should strengthen ties with all colleges and universities, establish and improve the service mechanism, improve the social service functions of university libraries, and actively participate in the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.
