祖国医学认为痔是“血脉不行”浊气淤血流注肛门”引起。乌梅主治“下气”“下气以为固脱”“气下能止血”,并有“利筋脉、去痹”之说等。附院等根据这一理论,用乌梅主要成分构橼酸配以普鲁卡因制成注射剂一消痔液,局部治疗内痔、混合痔有一定疗效,且局部没有硬结、未见痔陔整块坏死或大出血等严重并发症。从祖国医学理论和临床实践来看,消痔液似与目前国内外注射疗法的常用药物,以硬化萎缩或坏死枯痔的机制产生疗效,有所不同。为探讨消痔液的治疗机理进行下例实验。现将实验结果报告如下:
