本文提出环境污染对人群健康影响的经济分析流行病学方法,对环境污染造成健康损害的归因分析和经济损失估算进行了系统的讨论。归因分析中除对相对危险度(RR)、归因危险度(AR)、减寿年(PYLL)和减寿率(PYLLR)等指标在经济分析中的应用进行研究外,还探讨了Mantel-Haenszel分层分析和Logistic 多因素回归分析在横断面调查研究中控制混杂因素的作用。
This paper presents an epidemiological approach to economic analysis of the impact of environmental pollution on human health, systematically discusses the attribution analysis of health damage caused by environmental pollution and economic loss estimates. In addition to the analysis of the relative risk (RR), attribution of risk (AR), life expectancy (PYLL) and the rate of reduction of life (PYLLR) and other indicators in the economic analysis of the application study, also discussed Mantel -Haenszel stratification analysis and Logistic multivariate regression analysis in cross-sectional investigation to control the role of confounding factors.
