高中数学课程改革已经普遍实施,新课程的设置在建构上以课程模块取代传统课程体系,呈现了课程内容的交叉推进、螺旋上升等亮点。新课程对高中数学教师提出了高要求和新标准。在数学课改实施的过程中出现了一系列的新问题,包括教师教学理念和行为的改变不大,对高中数学课改的顾虑很深,教学资源匮乏以及教师技能的不足。针对新问题,提出了包括建立和完善师资培训机制、树立新课程教育观、加大教学资源投入等对策。
High school mathematics curriculum reform has been widely implemented, the new curriculum in the construction of curriculum modules to replace the traditional curriculum system, showing the cross-promotion of the course content, spiral rise highlights. The new curriculum sets high demands and new standards for high school math teachers. A series of new problems appeared in the process of mathematics curriculum reform, including little change of teachers ’teaching concept and behavior, deep concern about high school mathematics curriculum reform, lack of teaching resources and lack of teachers’ skills. In view of the new problems, some countermeasures such as establishing and perfecting the teacher training mechanism, setting up the new curriculum education concept, and increasing the teaching resources are put forward.
